How long is a photographer in my house for photos?

To achieve good quality images of a standard sized house (3 or 4 bedrooms), you would expect the photographer to spend an hour on site, though two hours is not unheard of. If the photographer is in and out in half an hour, they have likely not achieved the best angles and positions to show off your property. If you are having a floor plan and video taken too this will take extra time.

How much does a property photographer cost?

In today's econmic climate many people seek cheap property photography, however, this seems crazy to cheap out on when selling likely your biggest asset. Expect to pay around £100.00 for quality photographs that are professionally edited. A small price to pay for a quick house sale, or in some cases, even over asking price.
